“Power Coaching with Mind Kinetics” is done by professional CLI coaches trained to ask scientifically structured questions that will bring clarity of direction) and action for permanent positive change.
“Self-Coaching Tools” are for Quick Coaching moments in the Privacy of oneself in 15 min. anytime and anywhere. Great for taking “The Edge Off” of negative thoughts and promoting the positive to enrich your day!
